  • For some men, merely this approach doesn’t seem to work. They find that they cannot take little ‘sips’ of air. There is actually another way to look at it – a slightly different solution.

Most normal people know that when they pee, especially when they need to go badly, they will usually put pressure on the bladder. And while this doesn’t work for you by itself, along with the BH technique, it can give good results. Once your stream has started, put pressure on your bladder to increase the stream. That way you’ll probably be done with it faster. And once your stream is steady and strong enough, you can actually breathe without stopping it.

  • Depending on how used to holding your breath you are, you will want to gasp for air the moment the feeling of holding your breath kicks in – could be in 10 seconds or 30. Now how does one get over this feeling?
