Learn How To Make Yourself Pee … It’s Easy:
But the real fact is that many people who’ve tried this technique also face considerable difficultly in performing it. In fact, not everyone has actually been successful with it. While many have given up after a few tries, there are others who have kept up the determination and tried it over and over. And eventually they managed to work out subtle ways in which they could change what they were doing so as to get the result they wanted.
And these people have been very kind, so as to share their finding at forums all over the internet. And today we’ve brought to you here a list of 5 common problems people said they faced with the Breath Hold Technique and how they overcame these:
- The first thing is that many people do not manage it the first few times. Dejected, they give up. But that’s not the way to go. A more systematic approach can actually help—
It may be a technique, but this is also about calming the mind. So you will need to get your mind under your control. Make sure you are comfortable first and you are breathing at the normal rate. If you start from a moment of panic, you will not manage it. And before you actually start, take a calm breath. Hold it for 2 seconds and then let out about 80% of it. Now start your Breath Hold. And remember to keep calm.
- Because you need to keep holding your breath for about 45-50 seconds or maybe more – many people just couldn’t get their muscles to relax, especially in the abdominal region. And this wasn’t really a help at all.
The solution—it takes some practise. You are cutting off your body’s air supply; it is natural for it to panic. But with practise you can keep at it, and also achieve the relaxation needed.
- Some others faced a slightly different problem. They managed to hold their breath long enough to get the stream started. But once that happened, they usually needed to take a gulp of air, and that’s when they just stopped peeing all over again!
The explanation for this is that the sudden intake of breath makes the urinary sphincter tense again. The way around is that you need to practise taking in ‘little sips’ of air instead of large gulps. That way you can hold on to the calm set of mind and continue to pee. However, this also requires practise – since you need to train your body to not panic.
- For some men, merely this approach doesn’t seem to work. They find that they cannot take little ‘sips’ of air. There is actually another way to look at it – a slightly different solution.
Most normal people know that when they pee, especially when they need to go badly, they will usually put pressure on the bladder. And while this doesn’t work for you by itself, along with the BH technique, it can give good results. Once your stream has started, put pressure on your bladder to increase the stream. That way you’ll probably be done with it faster. And once your stream is steady and strong enough, you can actually breathe without stopping it.
- Depending on how used to holding your breath you are, you will want to gasp for air the moment the feeling of holding your breath kicks in – could be in 10 seconds or 30. Now how does one get over this feeling?
The top tips for this to swallow. Yes, you are gulping but without inhaling or exhaling any air. In addition to that you must slowly start to train your body. It is natural for your body to put pressure on your lungs and abs. But you need to learn to resist this.
These were 5 tips. But there is just one TOP tip for managing the BH technique. You know what that is? That is to persevere – don’t give up! Keep trying and practising so that you can come up with your own tips. Every person is different and different tricks work different people. So work these out and you should be able to do it!
And always remember – Shy Bladder Syndrome is something you WILL overcome!
